Returns Policy
Products returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be refunded in full as long as it is returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds on purchases made with a credit/debit card will only be credited to the same card. Unfortunately we cannot refund goods that have been opened or are in poor condition (i.e. leaking, broken etc). In those cases where a product is returned more than 14 days after purchase or due to an allergic reaction, we will provide you with a credit note for any other product (excluding specials and discounted products). We will gladly exchange any faulty products (e.g. faulty pumps)..

Packages Policy
All packages at Face Today Medi-Clinic must be paid for upfront. Packages cannot be split into part payments. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Certain packages have specific conditions and your clinician will highlight these conditions at time of purchase.

Gift Vouchers Policy
Gift vouchers are non refundable or redeemable for cash and are not transferable. All gift vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers may not be honoured and there are not extensions for expired vouchers. We will not re-issue lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen vouchers. At the time of booking please notify Face Today Medi-Clinic that you are redeeming a gift voucher and claim the voucher number. The gift voucher is to be presented at the time of your appointment. If the voucher is not presented, payment for the treatment will be required.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any Doctor’s appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur an $80 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
Where a client has not provided notice of cancellation, this is noted as a ‘no-show’. After two ‘no-show’ appointments, the client must provide credit card details for all future appointments made at Face Today Medi-Clinic. Third and subsequent ‘no-show’ appointments will be charged a minimum fee of $100 on the credit card provided.

Clinic Policy
Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number may be required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Valuables: Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into our premises. Special Consideration: Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before undertaking any treatments. Please highlight your medical condition to your clinician.

Smoking and Alcohol: Out of consideration to other guests, please refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol within the premises.
Intoxication: Management reserves the right to refuse treatment to any person under the influence of alcohol or any illicit substance.

Treatment Policy
By accepting this policy and conditions, the client confirms that they will comply with pre and post treatment instructions. Face Today will not be liable for any injuries due to non-compliance with treatment instructions. Please note that each treatment is associated with unique risk factors as informed on consultation prior to treatment.
