FAQs

I am a little worried about the pain, does it hurt?
Virtually no pain is felt with the use of extremely strong anesthetics.

I want a very natural look….
We have over 1000 different colours available. All procedures are drawn on first, so you see a very clear view of the result before any work is carried out.

I have seen those horrible blue eyebrows..
The blue often referred to by some people is caused by inferior pigments and does not happen with our colours. Our pigments do not change colour over time - they only fade away.

How much swelling is there?
There is no swelling with eyebrows, virtually no swelling of the eyes and minimal of the lips.

Do I have to keep my eyes open during the procedure?
NO! The eye is held tightly.

Will I need a touch up and when?
It is a possibility, as some people retain colour better than others. You can have a touch up after 4 weeks for the eyebrows and eyeliner, and after 6 weeks for the lips. All touch ups are free for a period of 6 months.

How much is the consultation?
All consultations are free. Photos are shown and all questions are answered

What about sterility?
All equipment is sterilised and pre packed, disposable equipment are thrown away after each client.

What about infection?
There is no risk of infection as long as common sense is used e.g. no rubbing of the area etc and the post care is followed. Each client receives a post care sheet and cream.
