To help prevent bruising before your treatment
For a week before your treatment please do not take any of the following:

• Vitamin C Tablets
• Fish Oils
• Anti Inflamatories
• Vitamin E Tablets
• Alcohol Aspirin
Ginkgo Biloba
• Nurofen
• Warfarin
• Advise us if you are on medical blood thinning treatment. Warfarin & aspirin thin the blood, check with your doctor before reducing
• Alcohol the night before or on the day of treatment will increase your risk of bruising.
• It helps to be hydrated and have eaten before a treatment

After your treatment
We advise you suspend any physical activity (gym, run, walk) for 24hrs to 48hrs post treatment. Enjoy our lounge room as you ice for at least a half hour after treatment if advised by your practitioner. Post care instructions will be explained & mineral make up will be applied so you are ready to face today...with more confidence.
